Eintracht Frankfurt before transfer from Bochum

Eintracht Frankfurt apparently took the first steps in the European League after the triumph in the Europa League. Supposedly, a striker from VfL Bochum agrees. But the transfer is still there.

In order to have even more width in the squad in the future, Eintracht Frankfurt wants to hire Sebastian Polter from VfL Bochum according to matching media reports. Accordingly, there is already agreement with the striker of the Westphalia Club, the frame data with the experienced offensive man have been clarified. As "Bild" and "Sky" report, the 31-year-old should sign by 2025.

The problem: The Eintracht Frankfurt responsible have not yet agreed with VfL Bochum about the transfer fee. Polter, who still has a contract with his current club until 2023, should cost between one and two million euros.

In the past season, Polter contributed with good performances and especially with goals to the safe relegation of VfL Bochum. The 31-year-old may write eleven hits and three templates in 36 cross-competition games.

Polter had only moved from the Netherlands to the Ruhr area last summer.
